The major way CNSC can help Sanders County residents currently undergoing treatment for cancer is to offer some financial assistance. If an individual qualifies, we can send a check and that gift can be used by the recipient any way he/she wants.  Sometimes we can offer suggestions about other potential assistance, such as, lodging or transportation.  

CNSC assistance may be offered annually as long as the individual is a resident of Sanders County and is currently  undergoing treatment (radiation, surgery, chemotherapy, hospice, etc.).

Offering financial assistance to your neighbors currently undergoing treatment for cancer.

We would like to acknowledge and thank the Iron Horse Quilting Guild for their support and donations toward our cause. The Guild donates hand-crafted quilts to Sanders County residents who are undergoing treatment for cancer. Each applicant gets a coupon for a quilt with thier first application. These quilts are displayed at First Security Bank in Plains and in Thompson Falls for viewing.
